When one of the fastest-growing FinTech companies in the US scaled from 200 to 1,500 employees in just 12 months, preserving and nurturing company culture became critical. To meet this challenge, we designed and delivered a series of internal events. Over the course of 10 separate experiences across New York and Lisbon, we focused on three core pillars: Communication, Collaboration, and Connection. The program featured high-energy keynotes, tailored workshops to build trust among team members who had never met, and our interactive team-building experience, The Expedition. The results spoke for themselves. With an NPS score of 93, the initiative had a lasting impact on team cohesion, cultural alignment, and overall morale.
