London Stock Exchange

We worked with the London Stock Exchange Group to bring together 80 of their senior leaders for a day designed to spark innovation, challenge conventional thinking, and strengthen leadership capability. Through a series of interactive sessions blending storytelling, neuroscience, and experiential challenges, participants explored new ways to approach creativity and collaboration. The bespoke agenda created space for bold ideas, open dialogue, and practical leadership takeaways that leaders could bring back into their teams and the wider organisation.
